Private coaching · enrolled PSW services · nonclinical

Practical support for everyday independence.

One-to-one support for neurodivergent adults in Eugene and Springfield who want help with routines, confidence, community connection and the real-life tasks that pile up.

Track 01

Independent living & executive function

One workable step at a time

We break complicated or avoided tasks into workable next steps, create systems you can actually return to, and practice the skills that support a more self-directed life.

Track 02

Community & self-advocacy

Your voice belongs here

Preparation and accompaniment for appointments, errands, volunteering and community activities—plus practice communicating needs, boundaries and preferences.

Track 03 · Enrollment active

Personal Support Worker services

Support shaped by your plan

Morgana is an enrolled Oregon PSW with an active Medicaid provider number. PSW support is available for eligible people receiving Oregon intellectual and developmental disability services and must follow an authorized service plan and the person’s Employer of Record—not a private coaching agreement.
