A Personal Support Worker (PSW) is an enrolled paid provider who supports a person receiving Oregon intellectual and developmental disability services. Morgana is now an enrolled Oregon PSW with an active Medicaid provider number. PSW services follow the person’s authorized plan and Employer of Record arrangements.

No. Mix Tape Minds is nonclinical and does not provide psychotherapy, counseling or medical care. CBT-informed means borrowing flexible, everyday tools for noticing patterns and trying new responses—not delivering CBT as a clinical treatment.

Private coaching is planned for neurodivergent adults seeking help with routines, executive function, community participation, organization, self-advocacy or creative regulation. PSW services are for eligible people with appropriately authorized supports.

Private coaching is self-pay and is not billed to Medicare, Medicaid or health insurance. PSW services are separate. Morgana has an active Medicaid provider number, and authorized PSW work is paid through Oregon’s PSW payment process.

One-to-one coaching is $50 per hour. Authorized PSW services are separate, based on the person’s needs and service plan, and paid through the applicable Oregon PSW process.

Transportation may be offered only when it is within the applicable coaching agreement or authorized PSW plan and the correct vehicle coverage is confirmed in writing. Mileage terms will be clear in advance.

PSW enrollment is active. Contact Morgana to discuss current availability, fit and whether the person has an authorized service plan and Employer of Record arrangement. Private coaching remains separate and will open when its agreements, insurance and safety systems are ready.
