One-to-one coaching is private pay. Personal Support Worker services are separate and based on the person’s authorized needs and service plan.

Based on needs
PSW support follows the person’s authorized service plan and Oregon’s PSW payment process rather than the private coaching rate.
What else to expect
- A possible two-hour minimum for community outings or in-person coaching sessions.
- A written mileage policy—either included or billed separately—before transportation begins.
- Clear invoice due dates and a written cancellation window.
- An annual rate review, with advance notice of changes.
Coaching and PSW services are separate. Coaching is private pay at $50 per hour. Authorized PSW work is based on the person’s needs, service plan and the applicable Oregon payment process.
